Munich / Sarasota, May 2026 – The newly formed group around IMS Trenchless continues to expand its international market presence through a strategic partnership with the well-established U.S.-based distributor APEX CIPP Solutions, specializing in trenchless sewer rehabilitation. Headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, the company has built a strong reputation in the American market through its comprehensive product portfolio, technical expertise, outstanding training and support approach as well as its long-standing customer relationships.

Munich, 30 April 2026 – As of 30 April 2026, Lateral Repairs, an international manufacturer of CIPP felt liners, has joined the group of companies around IMS Trenchless, Amex Sanivar, Polypipe, Resinnovation, Kardiam and Hurricane Trenchless Technology.

Lateral Repairs develops and manufactures high-quality felt liners for CIPP applications at its production facility in Lithuania and supplies its solutions to international markets. Its portfolio is complemented by resin systems and additional components required for the efficient and reliable trenchless rehabilitation of pipeline infrastructure. The company has established a strong reputation for quality, flexibility and responsiveness in demanding project environments.

From their headquarters in Leeds, they provide technical service support, rentals, and sales services for an extensive portfolio of cutting-edge products, including house connection cutting robots, main line cutting robots, LED and main line UV curing equipment, as well as ultra-high pressure water jetting technology.
