IMS Robotics Group, a leading manufacturer in trenchless technology solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Hurricane Trenchless Technologie GmbH.

IMS Robotics Group, a leading manufacturer in trenchless technology solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Hurricane Trenchless Technologie GmbH. This integration marks a significant step forward in IMS Robotics Group's commitment to providing a wide range of solutions to its partners in the sewer rehabilitation sector.

Hurricane Trenchless Technologie GmbH is known for its innovative technologies in trenchless sewer rehabilitation and completes the portfolio of the IMS Robotics Group with its rehabilitation equipment, UV curing systems and vehicle build-outs. Located in Maintal, the company offers a local point of contact for all aspects of the IMS Robotics Group in the Rhine-Main region. The team led by Managing Director Tomas Möller will now be fully integrated into the IMS Robotics Group in order to optimize processes, leverage synergies and pool expertise.

As a result of the merger, customers can expect an improved level of service and an expanded product range. This strategic alignment also allows for greater decision-making freedom and the use of industry-specific expertise.
