The IMS Group GmbH continues to grow! On 1 February 2025, we strengthened our sales team and opened a new sales office in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf. This targeted expansion marks the next step in our growth and emphasizes our commitment to offering you even better service.

With the strengthening of our team and the new location, we are further expanding our consumables business, strengthening our market presence, optimizing internal processes and getting even closer to you, our customers.

Our goal therefore remains clear: as a reliable system provider for trenchless sewer rehabilitation, we will continue to provide you with the best possible support and further establish IMS as a strong partner in the industry.

 

Experienced industry professionals strengthen the IMS team

We have recruited three experienced experts to provide strategic support for this growth strategy:

Ricarda Schönfeld - Efficient processes and organisation

With over 20 years of experience in the sewer rehabilitation industry, Ricarda Schönfeld knows exactly what is important. After holding management positions at Kummert, Umwelttechnik Hoffmann and Polypipe, where she most recently managed the entire company, she is now concentrating on optimizing internal processes and organizing administrative procedures.

Her goal: an even more efficient structure for a sustainable growth.

 

Christian Schönfeld - Sales expertise for Europe

Christian Schönfeld has been familiar with the trenchless sewer rehabilitation market for many years.After working for Fluvius, Umwelttechnik Hoffmann and Polypipe, he is now bringing his expertise to IMS.

His focus: expanding the consumables business in Europe - especially for house connection liners, Picote product solutions and matching resin systems for the products.

 

Philippe Muller - Strengthening the French market

Philippe Muller combines practical application experience with in-depth sales expertise.

As a French and German-speaking industry expert, he will play a central role in the expansion of IMS in France and the cooperation with our new partner FDS.

 

With this strong team, we are ideally positioned to further expand our market position.

 

New sales office in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf - closer to our customers

With the expansion of our team, we are also opening a new sales office in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf.

This new facility will become the center for our consumables business and offers numerous advantages:

Constantin Glaubke has joined us in the back office to support our sales team, process enquiries, coordinate orders and ensure smooth processes.

Thanks to the new location and the expanded team, we can respond to our customers' needs faster, more flexibly and even more specifically.

 

New management structure for sustainable growth

It's not just the team and the location that are growing - the management structure of the IMS Group has also been adapted to future-proof the company. Ricarda Schönfeld, Christian Schönfeld and Thomas Lengger have been responsible for operational management since 1 February 2025.

• Ricarda Schönfeld ensures efficient organisation and optimized processes.
• Christian Schönfeld concentrates on sales and the further development of the consumables business in Europe.
• Thomas Lengger drives international expansion outside Europe.

At the same time, Andreas Heinrich and Jelena Heinrich will take over the management of the subsidiaries and associated companies.

With this clear structure, we are spreading responsibility across several shoulders and creating a stable basis for further growth.
