Durtal, France. IMS Trenchless has established IMS Robotics France SAS as a new subsidiary in France. The Durtal location will serve as a technical base for the French market and support both the company’s existing customer base and the further development of its business in France.

For customers, the new location means shorter routes for after-sales service. Rental equipment and consumables will also be available locally and can be accessed at short notice. This gives customers in France a direct point of contact and quicker access to important services and materials.

The new French subsidiary is headed by Stéphane Thevenot, who has worked in the industry since 1994. He began his career in sales of pipe inspection cameras and subsequently worked for Hydrovidéo and Panatec. He is supported by Olivier Alusse, who also brings more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Stéphane and Olivier have worked together for many years.

Philippe Muller brings additional technical expertise, extensive sales experience and in-depth knowledge of the pipe rehabilitation industry to the team. His experience further strengthens the technical and commercial capabilities of IMS Robotics France.

With the new company, IMS Trenchless aims to further develop its customer base in France and establish a reliable position in the market. In the short term, the focus is on building a solid market presence and creating the basis for sustainable growth. In the medium term, IMS Trenchless plans to expand its activities, strengthen the local team and further develop its position across the French market.
