Semi-trailer with inversion drum

The truck semi-trailer is equipped with a Thunder Drum DN2500 (front loader) in a stainless steel version. With the inversion drum, invertible inliners up to DN 1400 can be loaded and inverted. A compressor with a capacity of up to 104 kw and a diesel generator provide sufficient compressed air.

The inversion drum can be swiveled completely through 180°, so that work can be carried out from either the left or right trailer flank. Cranes on both sides and a PLC control system complete the large-profile rehabilitation system. As an option, the system can be controlled by a radio remote control and has a frame with a weather protection cover.

Truck extension for UV rehabilitation

The 15-ton truck is designed for CIPP liner rehabilitation up to DN 1600 with UV light curing. It has a spacious, separate social area with a kitchenette and seat bench. The vehicle comes with all the equipment and systems needed to connect, calibrate, and cure UV liners. The main components are the CityLight UV system and 300 meters of cable. In another sound-insulated compartment, a large blower and the generator with 60 KVA are connected in order to be able to work completely autonomously. The PLC control of the UV system continuously collects and logs data on the control PC.

Swap body with steam system

The swap body is equipped with a modern, PLC-controlled steam system for the curing of pipe liners. The system includes a water tank with a water treatment system. The steam generator is powered by an oil burner and, together with the pressure parameters, can be precisely controlled via the operator desk. The complete system is autonomous and provides comprehensive documentation of all data during the curing process. The soundproof room of the operator desk can also be accessed via a side entrance and contains a kitchenette with a handwash basin.

Truck for liner rehabilitation

The 7.5-ton truck is designed for liner rehabilitation up to DN 300 and was additionally equipped with a separate social area, including a kitchenette. The vehicle comes with all the equipment and systems needed to prepare, impregnate, calibrate, and install inliners directly on the job-site. An inversion drum and an electrically driven calibration unit, including a conveyor belt, are the main components of the vehicle. Thanks to the space-saving integration of an underfloor generator, there is no need to rely on external power sources during the rehabilitation process. A milling robot for the house connection area and a CityLED curing system are also on board.

Box trailer for liner rehabilitations

The dual-axis box trailer for liner rehabilitation up to DN 300 has compact dimensions of 5x2x2 meters. It is designed as a stand-alone complete trailer and includes a fully equipped working area in which material can be stored and preparations can be carried out comfortably and safely. Power connections as well for compressed air and vacuum are integrated. The calibration process can be controlled and monitored at the ergonomic workbench via a touch monitor. Inversion equipment, including accessories, is also on board. Optionally, the trailer is also available with a mover.

This is how it works

1

Determine need

You would like to convert your existing vehicle into a rehabilitation vehicle or acquire a new one? First define your needs: Do you work mainly on main sewers or on indoor pipes? Generator or battery operation? Make your choice.

2

Personal consultation

In a personal consultation with our experienced staff, the details are clarified and suitable products are selected. The plan for your vehicle is then created as a 3D model.

3

Expansion

Individually adapted to your field of application, we install the aggregate compartment, operating compartment and rehabilitation equipment.

4

Ready for use!

Your fully-equipped rehabilitation vehicle is ready and will make your work easier from now on.

IMS Robotics Group is your partner in the field of sewer rehabilitation

As specialists in the development, design and manufacture of robots for sewer rehabilitation, the IMS Robotics Group supports you at all times with your individual project. We provide you with various sewer rehabilitation vehicles, which we customise to your requirements. Our milling robots for main sewer rehabilitation impress with their state-of-the-art technology, reliably removing deposits from main sewers or alternatively opening the inlets after UV rehabilitation. The UV systems from the IMS Robotics Group cure liners using UV light. They are highly effective and powerful. In the case of deposits, root ingrowths or concrete blockages, on the other hand, you can use our ultra-high-pressure water technology, which removes them without damaging the material.

Take advantage of the opportunity to equip your sewer rehabilitation vehicles with our equipment at any time and benefit from our expertise! If you have any questions about our equipment or the vehicle conversion, please feel free to contact us at any time - we are at your disposal. You can also hire milling robots and accessories for temporary use from the IMS Robotics Group!
