For some of our devices, for example the house connection robots, we have set a basic rental period of 3 days. This rental period can, of course, be extended by any number of rental days - depending on how long you need the device. For some devices the basic rental period does not apply. Just contact us and we will take care of a solution.
In urgent cases in Germany, you will receive the ordered device by the next morning 9:00 a.m. by express. Standard deliveries take 1 to 2 business days.
If the rental period is less than 2 weeks, billing is done after the end of the rental period and the return of the device. As soon as the equipment is back at our premises, it is inspected and accepted. We will then issue the invoice. If the rental lasts longer than 2 weeks, the first partial invoice will be issued after these 2 weeks and will continue to be issued at 2-week intervals. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us.
Of course you can also pick up the rental equipment on site in Ottendorf-Okrilla. Please inform us in advance if you would like to pick up the equipment yourself. If you do not have the possibility to do so or if the company headquarters are too far away, the ordered equipment will be delivered directly to you by a forwarding agency.
As soon as you no longer need the rental equipment, you have three options for the return transport. Firstly, you can deliver the device to our company headquarters near Dresden. Or you can send the device back to us using a forwarding agency of your choice. As a third option, we offer you the return transport, which you can order from us with a ready-made return order.
You are working with a rental device from IMS Robotics and it gets damaged? In this case, please contact us immediately and we will take care of spare parts or a replacement unit. Since we cannot always provide the model that was rented as a replacement unit, you might receive an equivalent replacement. You can continue to process your order without major delays.
