Our sewer cleaning devices, UV curing systems and milling robots are convincing in their application. Therefore, we are happy to provide prospective buyers with our products for testing in advance. Also, already convinced IMS Robotics customers benefit from this service: In case of order peaks, short-term special orders or also as a replacement during repair. Our extensive rental service gives you the possibility to remain flexible and to act economically at any time. And this worldwide! Choose from over 100 rental units and submit your inquiry right away.

You choose the equipment you need from our portfolio. Please note that we might not have all products available at all times. Then send your request by mail or phone - we will be happy to help you find the right equipment.

If you are not sure which product is suitable for your area of application, please use our personal telephonic consultation. Our rental park staff will be happy to help you.

Pick up device
You are not going to pick up at our rental park? Then your rental equipment will be delivered directly to you. You will receive a comprehensive briefing for each device - either directly upon pickup or at your location by your direct IMS contact person.

Return
No matter how long you rent. You can return the equipment in person, send it to us or arrange for us to collect it. As soon as the equipment is back at our premises, the rental period ends and we take care of acceptance and billing.

Frequently asked questions

How long can I rent a product?

For some of our devices, for example the house connection robots, we have set a basic rental period of 3 days. This rental period can, of course, be extended by any number of rental days - depending on how long you need the device. For some devices the basic rental period does not apply. Just contact us and we will take care of a solution.

How long does the delivery of the rental equipment take?

In urgent cases in Germany, you will receive the ordered device by the next morning 9:00 a.m. by express. Standard deliveries take 1 to 2 business days.

How does the billing work for rentals?

If the rental period is less than 2 weeks, billing is done after the end of the rental period and the return of the device. As soon as the equipment is back at our premises, it is inspected and accepted. We will then issue the invoice. If the rental lasts longer than 2 weeks, the first partial invoice will be issued after these 2 weeks and will continue to be issued at 2-week intervals. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us.

Can I also pick up the equipment?

Of course you can also pick up the rental equipment on site in Ottendorf-Okrilla. Please inform us in advance if you would like to pick up the equipment yourself. If you do not have the possibility to do so or if the company headquarters are too far away, the ordered equipment will be delivered directly to you by a forwarding agency.

How does the return transport work?

As soon as you no longer need the rental equipment, you have three options for the return transport. Firstly, you can deliver the device to our company headquarters near Dresden. Or you can send the device back to us using a forwarding agency of your choice. As a third option, we offer you the return transport, which you can order from us with a ready-made return order.

What happens in case of equipment failure or damage?

You are working with a rental device from IMS Robotics and it gets damaged? In this case, please contact us immediately and we will take care of spare parts or a replacement unit. Since we cannot always provide the model that was rented as a replacement unit, you might receive an equivalent replacement. You can continue to process your order without major delays.
